Roos Vernooij has been in Aarhus for two weeks. She chose to go to Aarhus to challenge herself and her independence. Back in the Netherlands she lived with her family, but now she lives in a dorm with more than 600 students. She is studying Political Science at Aarhus University and will stay in Aarhus until Christmas.
‘My parents miss me. They asked me if I miss them too, but I haven’t yet. I feel like I’ve landed’, says Roos smilingly.
