Every year, Aarhus invites members of the local community to broaden their gastronomic horizons with first-class experiences to fascinate the palate.
The 10 restaurants in the area cover a wide range of cuisines, with menus to suit all tastes. And this year, a new venue has joined the list: Sota Sushi Bar. This is the first time it has participated in Gastro Week and its manager, Son, says he is looking forward to seeing new customers from different demographics coming to enjoy his food.
Sota offers 10 servings of authentic Japanese cuisine, with an emphasis on “fabulous flavours” for 3 rounds at a fixed price of DKK 405. With a modern, minimalist ambience, the restaurant aims to highlight the international taste of its dishes and make for a pleasant and relaxed time.
