When you visit Aarhus, you will definitely hear about Aarhus Ø. The harbour is home not only to the tallest office building, Light House, but also to Icebergs; the 21500 m² project
The building consists of 208 apartments also offers social housing. To ensure the best possible access to light and sea views, architect Louis Paillard decided to create this unusual shape resembling an iceberg. Thanks to this shape, the building also has a large variation of apartments; you can find both large penthouses and small apartments with one room and a kitchen.
